COMMISSION-BASED PARTNERSHIPS
Performance Partnerships for Select Qualified Businesses
Commission-based partnerships are a premium arrangement available only to select qualified businesses in approved markets and industries. This model is not a standard offering and is not available in every service area or niche.
Where available, a commission structure ties Kaboom Leads' compensation directly to verified closed sales and collected revenue — making it a high-accountability arrangement that requires strong operational tracking, reliable reporting, and a demonstrated ability to close and document results.
WHAT QUALIFIES A PARTNER
The Requirements for a Commission-Based Partnership
Because commission arrangements depend on accurate revenue attribution, Kaboom Leads evaluates operational readiness before approving this model. The following requirements apply to all commission-based partnerships.
Reliable CRM Tracking
You must use a CRM or documented lead-management system that records inquiries, appointments, estimates, and sales outcomes by lead source.
Lead Attribution
Every closed sale originating from a Kaboom Leads source must be traceable and documented. Unattributed revenue cannot be included in commission calculations.
Estimate Reporting
Partners must report all estimates generated from Kaboom Leads inquiries, including job scope, quoted amount, and estimate outcome.
Closed-Sale Reporting
All closed jobs sourced from Kaboom Leads must be reported with confirmation of sale, job date, and customer information sufficient for verification.
Collected-Revenue Reporting
Commission is calculated on verified collected revenue — not quoted amounts, estimates, or uncollected invoices. Partners must report actual payments received.
Job-Cost or Gross-Profit Reporting
For gross-profit-based arrangements, partners must provide accurate job-cost detail or gross-profit documentation for each qualifying closed sale.
Audit Rights or Verification
Kaboom Leads reserves the right to request supporting documentation or third-party verification of reported revenue and outcomes as specified in the written agreement.
Strong Operational History
Commission partnerships are reserved for established businesses with a demonstrable track record of answering leads, closing sales, and operating professionally in their market.
Lead volume and performance vary by market. Commission-based arrangements are available only for select qualified partners and may require additional tracking and reporting. Eligibility requirements and program terms apply.
WRITTEN AGREEMENT REQUIRED
Every Commission Partnership Is Governed by a Separate Written Agreement
Commission-based arrangements are not governed by a standard rate card or public pricing table. Every partnership at this level requires a separately negotiated, individually signed Lead Generation Agreement before any commission arrangement becomes active.
That written agreement documents all terms specific to the partnership, including: commission rate or structure, the definition of a qualifying sale, reporting cadence and format, audit procedures, dispute resolution process, payment timing, and conditions for termination or modification. No verbal agreement or email exchange substitutes for the signed written agreement.
Until a written agreement is executed, Kaboom Leads does not operate under commission terms with any partner. Submitting a market availability request does not create a commission arrangement or any other binding obligation between the parties.
Website content does not replace a signed Lead Generation Agreement. The signed agreement controls the actual business relationship, commission calculations, and all program terms.
