LEAD TRIAL PROGRAM
Evaluate the Opportunity Before Expanding the Partnership
Kaboom Leads may offer limited lead trials for select markets and qualified businesses. A trial is a structured, time-limited evaluation — not an open-ended sampling period. Trials are not available in every market, and approval is not guaranteed. If a trial is offered, terms are documented in writing before any leads are delivered.

TRIAL STRUCTURE
How a Lead Trial Is Structured
When a trial is approved and available, the structure is defined in writing before any leads are delivered. Trial terms are customized to the market and business — there is no single universal trial format.
Time-Based Trial
A trial may be scoped to a defined number of days — for example, a 30-day evaluation window. During this period, leads generated for the approved service and market are delivered exclusively to the trial partner.
Lead-Volume Trial
A trial may be scoped to a defined number of delivered leads — for example, a set of qualified phone calls or form inquiries. Once the defined volume is reached, the trial period concludes.
Custom Written Structure
Trial terms may also follow another mutually agreed and documented structure. All trial arrangements require a written agreement before any lead delivery begins. Verbal commitments do not constitute a trial offer.
All trial terms are documented before any lead delivery begins. The written agreement controls the scope, duration, and billing of any trial arrangement.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
What You Need to Know Before Requesting a Trial
Lead trials are not a default offering. They exist as a structured evaluation option for qualified businesses in select available markets — and they come with clear expectations for both sides.
Not Available in Every Market
Trial availability depends on the service niche, geographic market, current partner assignments, and Kaboom Leads' operational capacity. Requesting a trial does not guarantee one is offered.
One-Time Offer When Approved
Trials are a one-time evaluation opportunity. They are not a recurring option and are not available multiple times for the same business or market.
Written Terms Required Before Launch
No trial begins without documented, signed terms. This protects both parties and ensures the evaluation has a defined scope, start date, and conclusion point.
Intended for Genuine Evaluation Only
Trial leads are real inquiries from real local customers. They are intended to be answered, followed up, and treated with the same professionalism expected in a full partnership.
Proper Answer Rates and Follow-Up Expected
Missing calls, failing to return messages, or not following up during a trial period defeats the purpose of the evaluation and may result in early trial conclusion.
Trial Leads Are Not Guaranteed
Even during an approved trial, lead volume depends on market demand, search behavior, advertising performance, and other factors. No minimum lead count is guaranteed during a trial period.
Lead volume and performance vary by market. Eligibility requirements and program terms apply. The written trial agreement controls all terms.
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Is a Trial Right for Your Market?
If you're evaluating exclusive lead generation for your service area and want to understand whether a trial option exists for your market, start by submitting your market availability request. Kaboom Leads will review your service, market, and partnership fit before discussing trial eligibility.
Trials are not available in every market. Submitting a request does not reserve a market or guarantee a trial offer. Eligibility requirements and program terms apply.
