EXCLUSIVE MARKET PARTNERSHIPS

One Service. One Market. One Selected Partner.

Kaboom Leads assigns each active service area to a single qualified business. When your market is active, the calls and form inquiries generated by that local lead system route exclusively to you — not to a list of competing providers. One niche. One geography. One partner.

Market exclusivity is tied to an active written agreement covering your approved service and geographic area. Kaboom Leads owns and manages the underlying marketing assets. You receive exclusive access to the opportunities generated while the partnership remains active.

HOW MARKET ASSIGNMENT WORKS

Your Market Is Defined, Assigned, and Protected

Before any lead-generation activity begins, Kaboom Leads works with the qualified business to define the specific service niche and geographic service area that the system will target. Once approved and active, that market assignment is exclusive to the selected partner for the duration of the written agreement.

Niche Selection

Every market assignment begins with a clearly defined service category — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, restoration, and so on. The lead system is built around that specific niche, so traffic, content, and campaigns stay tightly focused on the services your business actually provides and closes.

Geographic Service Area

The approved service area is defined by city, county, metro, or another agreed geography before the partnership begins. Lead-generation activity — SEO, paid campaigns, and call tracking — is directed at that specific area throughout the active agreement.

Exclusivity During the Active Agreement

While the written agreement is active, Kaboom Leads does not route the same lead to a competing business in the same niche and approved service area. Exclusivity is tied to the active agreement, the defined niche, and the approved geography — not granted in perpetuity.

GROWTH BEYOND YOUR PRIMARY MARKET

Expand Your Reach as the Partnership Grows

Once the primary market partnership is established and performing, active partners may explore options to extend their lead-generation footprint. Kaboom Leads offers two paths for market growth: adding adjacent active markets and reserving future market growth areas.

Adding Adjacent Markets

Qualified active partners may request to expand into neighboring cities, counties, or service areas. Each new market is evaluated independently for availability, demand, and operational fit. Adding a market requires a separate written agreement covering the new service area. Expansion is available — not automatic.

Reserving Future Growth Areas

Active partners may also designate future cities or counties as Market Growth Areas — signaling priority interest before a market is formally opened. Reservation does not transfer ownership or guarantee future pricing, but it positions the partner for first consideration when that market becomes available. Ask about reservation terms.

Market availability, expansion eligibility, and reservation terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and require a written agreement.

SERVICE AREA COVERAGE

Every Market Is a Defined Geographic Assignment

Kaboom Leads operates market by market. Each active service area is a real geographic zone — defined by city limits, county boundaries, or a mutually agreed radius — not a vague region or shared territory. The map below illustrates how market assignments work across a service area. Actual availability in your market must be confirmed through a direct review.

MARKET AVAILABILITY

Is Your Market Still Available?

Kaboom Leads works with a limited number of businesses in each service and market. Once a market is assigned, it is not available to a competing business in the same niche while the active partnership agreement remains in place. The only way to confirm availability is to submit a market request.

Market exclusivity is subject to availability and an active written agreement.
